Chronobiology lets you stay slim without having to diet. You just have to eat the right foods at the right times.
Before 4 p.m., the body easily destocks fats: so you can eat some fat at breakfast and have a substantial lunch (with animal proteins and slow-release carbohydrates).
After 5 p.m., the metabolism starts to slow down (less activity), and it begins to store the nutrients that it receives. Semi-fast carbohydrates at this time of day (or light fats) can give you a boost of energy, but you must only eat limited quantities and in isolation (fruits, dark chocolate).
Finally, it is very important to have a light evening meal : based on low-fat proteins/vegetables (white meat, legumes + grains), and low-calorie carbohydrates (green vegetables).
The ideal exercise is rapid sports activities (jogging, exercises that work the abs and gluts, cycling, etc.) in the morning (before breakfast), or before lunch.
In the evening, choose slow exercise (yoga, stretching) and relaxation (massage, steam room).
